Do I need a LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator subscription?
No. The product works with any standard LinkedIn account. We use LinkedIn's official Comments API via your OAuth grant — no Premium features required.
Will my LinkedIn account get banned?
No. We never use your LinkedIn account for monitoring posts (that happens on our own infrastructure with publicly available data). When you post a comment, it goes through LinkedIn's official Comments API at conservative rate limits — well within their published guidelines.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page at any time and your access continues through the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds, but no hidden fees either.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Generation pauses — drafts still surface, you just can't burn more credits until the cycle resets. Top up on demand from Settings: 150 credits for $50 (Quick Boost) or 500 credits for $99 (Best Value — 41% cheaper per credit). Top-up credits expire 30 days from purchase. Or upgrade your tier for an ongoing larger allowance.
How do AI credits work?
One pool covers image generation, video generation, AND LinkedIn comments. Images cost 1-3 credits by grade. Videos cost 25-300 credits by tier × duration. Comments cost ~3 credits per full draft-and-post flow. Starter gets 200 credits/mo, Growth 750, Scale 1,850 — spend them how you like.
