Terms of service
The agreement between us
Last updated: April 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of the LinkedIn engagement product (“the Service”) operated by The Fractional Product Manager. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your company (if signing up on behalf of one). You must comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement while using the Service.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Don't share your account or use someone else's. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to post comments that violate LinkedIn's community policies (spam, harassment, discrimination, illegal content).
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Service beyond what the product UI exposes.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair LinkedIn or any other third-party platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or share your subscription with others outside your organization.
Subscription, billing, and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe in advance.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel from the billing page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. We do issue refunds in cases of clear product failure or accidental double-billing — email us.
- Free trial periods convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Content you create
Comments drafted by our AI agent and posted to LinkedIn under your account are yours. You are responsible for the comments that appear under your LinkedIn profile, regardless of whether you wrote them yourself or accepted an AI draft.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (LinkedIn, Stripe, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel), or unexpected technical issues may cause downtime.
LinkedIn API dependence
The Service depends on access to LinkedIn's Marketing Developer Platform. If LinkedIn changes its API, revokes our partner access, or modifies its rate limits, we may need to adjust or temporarily suspend features. We'll communicate material changes in advance when possible.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts using the Service in ways that risk LinkedIn account bans for other users or jeopardize our LinkedIn partner status.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the “last updated” date when these terms change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Fractional Product Manager is based. Disputes will be resolved by good faith negotiation first; failing that, in courts of that jurisdiction.
